Shipping?
How Much is Shipping?
All of our jewelry is shipped free at no cost to you if you are located inside the US. Outside the US costs $15.00. You are responsible for any custom's costs to get it inside your country.
Is there Sales Tax on my Order?
A 7% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Indiana. We are located in Crown Point, IN and are required to pay taxes on anything shipped within the state.
How long will it take for my Shipment to Arrive?
Most items will be shipped within 1-3 days, though some items may be longer because many pieces are created when ordered. We will update you if there is any unexpected delays in shipping.
How will my Items be Shipped?
All of our jewelry is shipped via the United States Postal service with additional insurance to protect your jewelry.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship to Canada and the UK online, but there is a $15.00 charge for shipping (non-overnight) to Canada and a $49.00 charge to the UK; and it can take 7-10 business days to arrive after the item is shipped. Please email or call us at 1-800-348-4499 for other shipping destinations. With out-of-country orders, remember there can be large custom's costs (value added tax) to get it into your country that you will be responsible for.
Do you have a Return Policy?
You have 30 days to return your item in the original condition. Shipping costs and insurance will not be refunded.
Do your Items have a Guarantee?
There is a 90 day guarantee on all craftmanship. We will be happy to work with you to make sure you are very happy with your item.
