Do you have a Return Policy

Normally you have 30 days to return your item in the original condition. Actual shipping costs w/ insurance and gift wrapping (if purchased) will not be refunded. Custom made to order gold or sterling silver pieces incur a 20% re-stocking fee. We also do not refund custom made to order platinum items. Return Policy – Multiple Returns

As a small business, we work hard to keep our prices fair and our service personal. While we gladly accept returns, multiple returns from the same customer may be subject to a 3% restocking fee.

Returns do have a cost, and this policy helps us continue offering high-quality pieces at the best possible prices.

We encourage customers to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing to ensure the piece is a perfect fit. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
