All of our jewelry is shipped free at no cost to you if you are located inside the US. Express shipping is available for $19.95. On average, allow 2-5 days after creation for free shipping. Allow 1-2 days delivery after creation for the Express Shipping option.
Is there Sales Tax on my Order?
A 7% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Indiana. We are located in Crown Point, IN and are required to pay taxes on anything shipped within the state.
How long will it take for my Shipment to Arrive?
Most items will be shipped within 1-3 days (actual times noted on product page), though some items may be longer because many pieces are created when ordered. We will update you if there is any unexpected delays in shipping. If you have a question about the time it will take to create and ship, please call us at 1-800-348-4499.
How will my Items be Shipped?
All of our jewelry is shipped via the United States Postal service with additional insurance to protect your jewelry. You will be required to sign for your item. This way it will never be left in a mailbox or on your porch.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally to over 75 countries. You can select the countries available in our checkout. Shipping rates differ for each country and are displayed with shipping times. Free shipping is not available outside of the USA. With out-of-country orders, remember there can be large custom's costs (value added tax) to get it into your country that you will be responsible for. Many times it doesn't happen, but it is something to budget for.
Do you have a Return Policy?
You have 30 days to return your item in the original condition. Actual shipping costs w/ insurance and gift wrapping (if purchased) will not be refunded. You will receive a refund back to your method of payment for everything else. Any items that are custom created one a kind for you cannot be returned.
Do your Items have a Guarantee?
There is a 6 month guarantee on all craftsmanship. We will be happy to work with you to make sure you are very happy with your item.
Shipping to Addresses Other Than Your Billing Address
Because of the high fraud orders we receive, any orders shipping to addresses other than the billing address may need to be verified after your purchase. We do apologize for this, but when a person's credit card is used in a fraudulent order, the credit card company does not pay for the loss, the merchant does. When we do catch a fraud order, we contact the local police, file a report with the FBI and the contact original card holder to let them know their card has been compromised.
