The tanzanite gemstone has VS clarity and measures 10 x 7.5 x 5.2 millimeters. The bezel set is highly protective of the tanzanite and the open back allows for easy cleaning of this fine tanzanite. The ring weighs a total of 7.87 grams. The ring was given a high polished finish to the 22 karat yellow gold. The loose tanzanite was sourced from the country in which it received its name, Tanzania, South East Africa.
