One 8.20 carats step emerald cut tanzanite, natural unheated color, blue violet with red flash, VS clarity, cut grade excellent, measuring 10.5 mm wide, 13.2 mm long, 8.4 mm deep; with excellent polish and excellent symmetry. The proportions of the tanzanite are as follows: total depth 80%, table width 36.2%.  Cut by Steve Moriarty. This will heat to a top gem color that would grade in the high 900s.
